What happens if I change my mind?
Your purchase order is non-binding until you sign your contract at the dealership and take delivery of your vehicle. A sales consultant will contact you to verify your order and review all the details prior to you coming in to sign and take delivery.
What happens if my trade-in value changes once I get to the store?
All trade-in values provided through the automated system are subject to review/inspection of the vehicle by Normandin Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Normandin’s will need to verify condition, mileage, equipment and any necessary reconditioning in order to provide the most accurate trade-in value.
Does submitting a credit application lower my credit score?
The short answer…possibly. Our goal is to minimize your inquiries while attempting to provide the most beneficial loan conditions for our clients. After receiving your application a representative from the dealership will contact you to review your report. After that, we will review your options and discuss your financial goals and parameters in order to determine which lenders to submit your application to. If you have any special instructions for us, please let us know.

Do you deliver the car to my house?
We do not have a business model that allows for home deliveries at this time. However, should a customer need help getting their vehicle home after making their purchase at our store we will do our best to accommodate.
How do you process the payment/ down payment?
All payments will be collected at the time of contract signing at the dealership.
Can I pay with a credit card or direct debit?
We do NOT accept credit cards as payment or down payment on vehicle purchases. However, you may purchase accessories and/or other optional coverages with a credit card. Please contact your sales associate with any questions.
Are there factors that can change my interest rate?
Rates are based on the information provided on the credit application provided by you as well as a combination of the vehicle selected and loan structure. Any changes in any of those categories could potentially change your interest rate. Please contact you sales associate to verify all loan terms and conditions.
Do you offer service maintenance plans?
Yes. Although they are primarily available on New vehicles and may not be eligible on all Pre-Owned vehicles. If available, you can add our Maintenance Package during checkout. If you do not see the option available, please contact your sales associate.
How do I know if I got the best loan?
In addition to CCPA Auto Finance, we work with most other major auto lenders and Credit Unions. Our goal is to find you the most favorable loan package available in our network. The better the loan, the happier you are š
What if I decide I want a different color?

How soon after I place my order can I come get my car?
During checkout you can select when you would like to pick up your vehicle. A sales consultant will contact you to verify your order and review all the details prior to you coming in to sign and take delivery.
Do I need insurance before I take my car?
Yes. You will need either:
A) A current full-coverage policy in your name for an existing auto or
B) Have the purchased vehicle insured prior to taking delivery.
Does the price include Taxes and Fees?
No. The vehicle’s sales price does not include taxes/fees. Taxes are based on where the vehicle will be registered and will be calculated once we receive a completed order.
